By accessing and using the Garuda Legal website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Garuda Legal provides online legal compliance, company registration, and tax filing facilitation services. We act as an intermediary to assist you in filing documents with government bodies (MCA, Income Tax Department, etc.). We are not a traditional law firm and our services do not constitute attorney-client legal advice.
3. User Responsibilities & Document Authenticity
You agree that all information and documents (PAN, Aadhaar, address proofs) provided to Garuda Legal are 100% genuine, accurate, and legally obtained. You are solely responsible for any delays or rejections by government authorities caused by submitting false, incorrect, or expired documentation.
4. Payment & Government Fees
Our service quotes generally outline two components: Professional Fees and Government Fees. While our Professional Fees are fixed, Government Fees and stamp duties may vary depending on the state of incorporation and authorized capital. You agree to pay any deficit in government fees if requested.
5. Timelines & Delays
We estimate completing standard Private Limited Company registrations within 3 to 7 working days. However, you acknowledge that government portal downtime, server issues at the MCA, or delays in document processing by government officers are entirely beyond our control. We are not liable for business losses incurred due to registration delays.
