Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Refund Policy
At Garuda Legal, we begin processing your applications almost immediately upon payment to ensure rapid delivery. Therefore, refund requests are evaluated strictly based on the progress of the service rendered.
2. Eligible Cancellations
You may cancel your service and request a full refund of our Professional Fees only if:
- You request the cancellation within 12 hours of payment, AND
- Our team has not yet begun drafting documents or filing forms on your behalf.
3. Non-Refundable Government Fees
Once Garuda Legal has paid any government fees, stamp duties, or taxes to authorities (e.g., MCA, Trademark Registry) on your behalf, those fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
4. Rejections by Authorities
If your application (e.g., Trademark, Company Name) is rejected by government authorities despite our best efforts, we will not refund the professional fees. We will, however, assist you in filing an appeal or a fresh application at a discounted rate.
5. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please email your order details to refunds@garudalegal.in. Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
