- Business Information: Proposed company names, registered office addresses, and financial data required for GST or Income Tax filing.
2. How We Use Your Information
We do not sell your data. Your information is used strictly to execute the services you have hired us for. Specifically, we use your data to:
- File legal applications directly with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
- Process GST and Trademark registrations with respective government portals.
- Communicate application status updates via Email and WhatsApp.

All documents uploaded to the Garuda Legal platform are encrypted using 256-bit AES encryption. We store your documents on secure cloud servers (AWS/GCP) located physically within India to comply with local data residency regulations. Access is strictly limited to verified legal experts handling your case.
4. Third-Party Sharing
Your documents and data are only shared with authorized government agencies (e.g., MCA, Income Tax Department, Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trademarks) necessary to complete your filings.
